      Managed the P&G Latin America media budget, leading media operations and digital agenda. Focus included informing the media strategy for all countries, designing horizontal processes, managing the relationship with the Communication Planning Agencies, leading the joint business plans with digital partners, and creating the capabilities, structure, and plans to win. Led the creation of programs, partnerships and capabilities to advance adoption of digital marketing in Latin America, while building the internal e-commerce organization & structure for growth. Drove digital ROI of 5:1, and spearheaded shift of traditional media dollars to grow digital spending. Held P&L responsibility for the second-largest brand franchise in Latin America.
