  Andrew was the primary contact for all management, administration and budgetary issues relating to the Cricket ACT (CACT) High Performance programmes as well as being assigned to and involved in a number of “special” projects for and on behalf of CACT such as Cricket Operations Manger for 2015 Cricket World Cup matches in Canberra. During this period he was responsible for the strategic direction and management of the CACT’s High Performance Cricket programmes. Former Duties 1) Liaise and report as required with staff of Cricket Australia, States and Territories’ Cricket Associations, CACT Board Members, CACT High Performance Committee 2) Actively support and mentor development coaches and Implement CA Coach Accreditation Courses3) Conducted coaching seminars and 4) Attendance and representation at Industry Forums both at a local and national level It was a privilege to work and coach with some great people during this period of my life.
