  - Deputy Officer in-charge of Operations & Training for over 600 soldiers in the unit.- Ensuring the operational readiness of the battalion through tactical planning and execution of battalion-level exercises, conducted both locally and overseas.- Successfully forecasting and optimising resource allocation for the unit, while coordinating with external units in the Army and other government organisations. - Underwent the 04/23 Guards Conversion Course, emerging Best In Knowledge for the course.- Core Group Member for NDP24’s Spectator Management Committee (SMC). Assisted in coordinating road closures, spectator management, and NE shows. Coordinated closely with other committees in CCG2 to ensure successful execution of the parade.- Assisted in organising and executing the SAF-School Partnership Programme (SSPP), engaging my alma-mater, Raffles Institution. - Represented SAF to give a talk to RI’s Y5 students regarding National Service.- Organised a sporting event for the unit, securing sponsors such as Milo, Pokka and others for the event. - Parade Commander for 19th Mono 1 Guards’ NS Assumption Parade. - Recognised for Early Promotion to Lieutenant in July 2024.   - Founded in 2023 and based in Singapore, GenVest aims to empower youths to take control of their financial future by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed investment decisions.- Reaching over 300 page visits and over 100 subscriber users, we developed lessons about securities, investment strategies and market analysis. - GenVest has since been halted, as our team envisions a new platform for users, to be released in 2025.
