  IMMT FTUI functions as a student organization catering to the needs of metallurgy and materials students. My role involves maintaining the dynamics of human and organizational aspects by serving as an Associate Research and Development Consultant. This role plays a significant part in tracking the organization's sustainability in terms of human organization and achieving set parameters. To accomplish these objectives, I serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for Human Resource Evaluation. I supervise 11 consultants to conduct evaluations quarterly and ensure that each associate receives full appreciation by utilizing various tools and frameworks.   Aksioma FTUI 2023 (Aksi Sosial Mahasiswa), served by the Social Environment division of BEM FTUI, aims to provide new FTUI students with social and environmental values. This year, it includes three main series: Aksioma Begin!, Come to the Garden, and Aksio-Change, each with three assigned tasks for the FTUI class 2023. With a focus on caring for fellow students, non-students, and the environment, the event promotes awareness and responsiveness on plastic and waste management. • Responsible for organizing a series of events consisting of Aksioma-Begin!, Come to the garden, and Aksiochange, with the participation of 1,500 new FTUI students. • Conducted workshops, exhibitions, and also two seminars simultaneously to educate about waste recycling. • Coordinated with the Human Resources Division regarding the entire series of events. This is necessary for coordination and certainty in attendance data and assignment details for Opening, Main Event, and Closing Aksioma.   Nano Seminar and Competition is a nationwide event to boost innovation and raise awareness about nanomaterials in technological advancements. As the coordinator, I supervise four primary events: the Essay Competition, Poster Competition, Essay Training, and Seminar.
