  I developed an investigation in which I valued the nutritional information of the fish "Sellar Crumenophthalmus" which is used regularly as bait in sport fishing and not as human food. I compared the nutritional information of this fish with those that are used regularly in the daily human diet and I found out that this fish has the same or more nutritional properties than others like Salmon fish for example.

The debate was titled "Les champs des possibles", this name was in honor of the International food festival in France. For this, we brought together 3 specialists in organic agriculture and a very varied audience of students, professionals, and workers.
