Responsibilities: - Managing PMO with a 5-6 Project Managers in a time. - Hiring and coaching of all new project managers- Agile coaching to a company with about 50 employees (developers, designers, qa engineers, project managers/scrum masters)- Monitoring and control of all ongoing projects (avg 12-15) Achievements: 1. Formalized process of project development:1.1. Added 0 Sprint to each project. Each zero sprint goes before the development begins and takes 3 weeks (same as development sprints). Its main purpose is to determine the global concept and purpose of the startup, find possible options for monetization and promotion, prepare a detailed roadmap (by user stories) for near-future development and high-level roadmap for product in general. To help that process we use such tools as:- Canvas Business Model, to understand users of new product, their problems and find solutions to them.- Story Mapping, to decompose our product in user stories- Matrix analysis for all features such as Frequency/Adoption, Effort/Reward, Dev Cost/User Value etc, to create accurate Roadmap1.2. Split the development department into small scrum teams. Besides making it possible to implement Scrum methodology to each team/project, crucial change is that before people were assigned to project, now - project assigns to a whole team.
