Mostrar menos The process consists in the creation and development of Policies and Procedures Manuals (PPM) following writing and standard formatting guidelines to stablish the interaction and Touchpoints between HP and the external client.The Technical Writers functions consist in:• Customize standard PPM chapters and develop processes with input from the Subject Matter Experts• Coordinate and execute meetings and reviews as needed with the Subject Matter Experts• Incorporate reviewer comments• Maintain records of changes and post files• Edit and finalize documentation and post in SharePoint• Suggest and implement process improvements• Perform quality audits on a regular basis of PPM chapters customized by other Technical Writers and provide feedback• Perform classroom new-hire training and perform competency evaluations Mostrar menos • Review selected orders and screen for potential fraudulent activity. These reviews consist of credit card orders placed on the HP web site and through the HP sales call center. • Utilize HP software programs to review orders. As part of the review process, verify order information using a variety of sources. These sources include contacting customers via email or telephone, contacting credit card issuers via telephone, and/or using a number of web-based tools to search and validate information. • Primary responsibilities focus on deterrence, detection, investigation, and reporting of fraud.
