  At Network Logic, I maintain the Tier 1 help desk and work Tier 2 escalations. I have used this opportunity to show my capabilities with managing, deploying and recovering VMware virtual machines that run our client's infrastructure. When I'm not responding to failing VM's, I am systematically backing up and upgrading all clients out of date SonicWALL's. Since I have taken over this role as a Tier 2 I have been the sole resource at our company when it comes to retracing the steps of the previous employees due to their lack of documentation. I have embraced this moment of stepping up to help Ill and our team in a time of crisis while taking on the other employee's responsibilities. Since their departure, I have been able to lead and show the team all the ways we can make Network Logic more efficient. Ideas I have proposed are implementing a global sitewide solution with Cisco's Umbrella Service to counteract the proliferation of Ransomware infections. I have demonstrated how Implementing ADFS with Office 365 can cut down on the time it takes for password resets and new user creation. Other ways we can use ADFS to sync with firewalls for VPN users and G Suite. I have also found another way to further automate the need for password resets and employee identification by implementing PassPortal into a few of our most regular clients. This would cut down on many tickets and hours that could be spent on maintaining and upgrading infrastructure. My managers have commended these ideas with praise and have made these a priority in our next projects. Some of my other job descriptions include maintaining Webroot updates and patches for all of our client's servers and workstations with over 1000 installations, including responding to the occasional update Webroot sends out that quarantines Line of Business programs. All EHR's on the market today make billing medicare a separate workflow that decreases productivity and increases labor costs. It is inherent knowledge that depending on the provider note certain Medicare billing codes must be applied. Joy EHR automates this and removes human error and saves costs.
