  Single point of contact to create and scale multiple loan book + acting product manager to digitize the entire customer journeyRisk Initiatives:1. Led cross functional teams and initiatives such as scorecards, digitization of journeys, fail fast strategy, EMI imputation and banking analyzer2. Implemented 10+ scorecards for 2 products - these scorecards enabled us to segment customers into different risk profiles (were able to create tailored processes / schemes for customers that were risky vs less risky) Impact:1. Scaled the loan book from INR 1500 CR to 10,000+ CR in less than 6 years2. Doubled the locations from 50 cities to 100+ citiesProduct Initiatives:Created multiple tech products to understand consumers, their risk profile and propensity to pay1. Bank Statement Analyzer • Objective - Understand salary figures of consumers without obtaining their salary slips • Product - (analyzing ~70K income statements each month) A. Created a tool that would automatically read and understand bank statements and ascertain line items that were specific to salary B. Developed test scenarios along with defining of edge cases C. Made dashboards and checks that would track the efficacy of salary figures being generated by the Bank Statement Analyzer • Impact - Reduced the need for offline documents and saved the time of the consumer in the loan application process2. EMI Imputation System • Objective - Implicitly arrive at EMIs being paid by a prospective customer on other loans • Product - (Imputing EMIs of ~100K customers each month) A. Integrated two different systems (banking and bureau) to understand (with reasonable accuracy) the amount of EMIs being paid by a customer B. Wrote PRDs to guide developers on how to integrate the systems C. Incorporated the imputed EMIs in the loan evaluation process • Impact - Improved TAT by determining the eligibility of a customer on a real time basis Show less Risk Initiatives:1. Analyzed the existing loan books using qualitative and quantitative methods to stress test multiple hypothesis and uncover new insights2.
