  Motor Graders Lead engineering team to design the smaller motor graders, include 3 models, and cover T2/T3/S5 emissions. Work with US MG product group to develop the new concepts of small motor graders for LCV and Utility segmentations. As product application specialist of SEM brand motor grader, developed product training materials on values to customer, competitive advantages, features to support the sales. Development in Wuxi R&D center, Suzhou Facility and Nantong paving ground. Support CAT brand motor grader improvements. Lead engineering team developed 1st SEM Motor Grader which introduced to market in 2011. The focus on emissions updates, cost reduction to support OPPAC improvement. Cooling supervisor, lead the team support the Gen2 wheel loaders development, improved ambient capability to meet the applications in high temperature environment. Engine and Cooling installation engineer. Work with US team to develop Gen1 wheel loaders. Especially develop new cooling package supplier capability to support product goals on reliability and durability. Power and Powertrain design engineer, conducted new engine application on 5 tones wheel loaders for customer needs. Resolved issues in customer field.
