These programs included all areas of the "Wellness Wheel" and included passive and active components to living a healthy mental, physical and social life in residence. Enforced rules of residence and provided educational information to students and staff members. Lead and assisted team meetings and team training sessions for the Residence Life Staff. Areas of training included group leadership development, active listening strategies, being on "rounds", and learning the Residence Community Guiding Principles.
