      I am responsible for all the logistic and facilities management for large British Army training school. I also act as the head of the contract monitoring team. We deal with both training and Multi activity contracts delivered over 2 sites. As Company 2IC I was responsible for the day to day running of a Company of over 160 soldiers. This included training delivery, Administration and on occasions discipline.
