Kitsap Criminal Defense is a Division of Compass Legal Services, providing criminal defense services for DUI, Misdemeanor and Felony Charges, Traffic and Civil Infractions, Rights Restoration and other criminal law matters. My client's rights and freedom are as important to me as my own. The Constitution still has meaning and purpose in my office. As a retired LCDR and JAG Corps Officer, it is my privilege and honor to utilize my military service and background to serve both civilian and military sectors of our community in civilian criminal court matters.   I began my tenure with CLS learning the ropes of Family Law and helping to grow the firm's reach. As the firm has grown, I've had to switch focus and help the firm build its criminal law practice under Kitsap Criminal Defense. Currently the scope of my practice includes Criminal and Civil matters (Landlord Tenant, Litigation) and an increased focus on Immigration Law.
