      My duties included managing MONUSCO ground Transport fleet in Region West, Kinshasa and six antenna locations. Total fleet size of 345 units. I managed a team of International and National staff (drivers, vehicle mechanics, and store personnel) totaling over 64. My duties included day-to-day tasking ground support to over 1,000 staff including uniformed, UN agency and official visitors. I also planed in-house vehicle maintenance, ensuring adequate staffing, spare parts and consumables were available as required, achieving a VOR rate of 3.2%. Show less
