  As the GT Content Coordinator at Dahlstrom Middle School, my primary role was to spearhead the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous refinement of the Gifted and Talented curriculum and instructional programs. In collaboration with teachers, parents, and the administrative team, I worked diligently to ensure that the unique educational needs of our GT students were consistently met. A significant part of my responsibilities included analyzing student data – from test scores to teacher recommendations – to discern students suitable for our GT program. I took great pride in designing and overseeing specialized projects, such as our annual GT project showcase, which became a hallmark of our program's success. Alongside these initiatives, I organized regular professional development sessions for our teaching staff, enlightening them on the best practices tailored for our GT community.
