  Training Manager - Australia Post Customer ServicesFeb 2020 - present800+ seat contact centre, running across Melbourne and Brisbane AUI took on this role after working as a trainer for the previous three years, and training across all skillsets in the business including technical skillsets, soft skill coaching and training, as well as rolling out numerous out sourced training programs. During this time I also attained my Cert 4 TAE40116, which furthered and deepened my understanding of training methodology and pedagogy. During this tenure I have also gained qualification and facilitation experience in a number of external long form communication programs. In February 2020, I took on the role of Training Manager, which coincided almost exactly with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. Within 6 weeks we had trained and re-skilled over 400 staff to be able to work from home, which there was no framework for beforehand. During the lockdown stages in Melbourne and Brisbane, I was instrumental in the successful onboarding and training of over 900 temporary staff to cope with increased demand over the peak period. Ongoing, this has involved co-ordinating the facilitation internal and external training programs, managing a team of 8-12 trainers across three locations, and ensuring that training is delivered consistently and on time to business requirements.
