      Reporting to the Head of Sales, responsible for overseeing the operational management of the Sage Business Partner Channel. This includes managing the performance and servicing of approx 1,000 nationwide Sage Business Partners. Delivering results directly and indirectly through a team of 40+ staff comprising of Sales Team Managers, Account Managers, Inbound Sales Staff, Field Support Specialists and Administrators. Channel Sales and Services Manager in MMD Sales reporting to the Channel Operations manager. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team to ensure service levels and KPI's are achieved while providing pro-active solutions to support the department. Providing a one-stop-shop sales and services function for our 1,000+ Business Partners. Responsible for managing a team of people to provide service excellence to our 500,000 plus customers at the front end. Four key teams: Reception Desks, Product Registrations, Inbound Services and Administration team. Part of my role was to field, manage & resolve complaints on behalf of the UK Executive team, ensuring the relevant business area resolved issues efficiently for our customers and lessons learned were built in to business strategy.
