In the last position in the ministry, Hardadi was responsible to lead more than 70 people managing the Data Center, Data Recovery Center, Incident Response team, Configuration Management, and Service Desk; with more than 60.000 users, hundreds of servers, and hundreds of applications. In addition, Hardadi has many involvements in developing IT Service Management and IT Governance in the ministry, including its policies, procedures, HR planning, and the IT organization. Moreover, Hardadi was a head of procurement team for 2 years, so Hardadi is familiar with procurement process in order to support the business. This experience contributes significantly in Hardadi’s current job, as Senior IT Consultant and Presales Manager.
