      - Acquiring sub-contractors to carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on the offshore wind turbines.-Working alongside procurement to create and execute any necessary tenders, call off documentation and contract negotiations to ensure contractual compliance to protect the interests of the business.-On boarding subcontractors to outline what the company expects of them to ensure we minimise risk and maintain the highest level of Offshore Quality, Health & Safety Standards.- Responsible for the execution phase of local Major Component Exchanges and Full Blade Refurbishments. Including both rope access technicians and heavy lift operations via Jack Up Vessel.- Planning and managing the activities between the Head of Power Plants, OM’s, Planners, Offshore Coordinators, Warehouse, Health & Safety etc. to ensure all stakeholders are consulted and informed with any necessary project arrangements.
