  My volunteer role at La Trobe University was based in the sport department. The tasks I undertook were mostly event based which included liaising event participants, preparation for events, packing up and packing down facilities.The major events I was fortunate enough to help with included the Olivia Newton-John Wellness Walk, Melbourne Marathon and the opening of La Trobe Sports Park development.

  My role at AAA focused on their Google Ad marketing. I guided the Non-Profit on how to receive a Google Ad Grant which entails the use of a budget of $10,000 USD per calendar month. I then set up their Google Ads platform and created ads. The results saw the charity's awareness significantly grow and helped to improve donation numbers.

  Arizon International is an engineering firm and equipment wholesaler working in the renewables industry. Arizon works with both B2C and B2B customers; providing parts, systems designs and expertise on small to medium-sized off-grid systems. Arizons B2C side of the business is called SBP Electrical. At Arizon I performed a hybrid role that included digital marketing, business operations and customer service. My marketing aspect of the role focused on delivering our digital marketing plan. This included using the EDM platform Klaviyo + Hubspot, creating content for social media, and managing social media ads and Google Ads. The operations part of my role included procurement, forecasting and management of issues/activities happening in the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. I provided customer service to our clients through phone and email interactions, which at times included problem-solving, issue mitigation and sales. Working for Arizon, I experienced many aspects of the business from the purchasing of goods, to marketing those goods, to working with customers to receive the best products for their needs. This role has been important in my development and has provided me with skills I will take throughout my working career. Show less
