This ensured the continuation of best practice within the Product Design group as the talent pool rotated. Expanding on lessons-learned from Product Design Engineering, this role broadened knowledge of end-consumer experience and tire manufacturing challenges. Responsible for creating test programs to define new products.*Highlight: Developed the Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT/XLT which is the flagship Cooper All Terrain product line. Challenging and rewarding role where product performance and aesthetic appeal are merged. Major responsibilities consists of; sole creation of tire tread patterns through all product segments, sole creation of sidewall ornamentation designs through all product segments, and creating of tire profile shapes working with various development groups.*Highlights: Creation of the Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 tread pattern which fills the segment as Cooper Tires only premium ultra high performance line.
