  I manage a team of scheduling specialists that schedule the 5,000 team members in Food and Beverage across three theme parks plus CityWalk and the Food and Beverage Warehouse. I am responsible for the entire Food and Beverage division's labor cost, as well as regulatory compliance. I work closely with our HRIS partners to help troubleshoot and configure Kronos and other HRIS systems.Previously, I was the restaurant manager of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida.
