  I worked with a variety of clients designing different corporate identities, videos, websites and other digital projects. As a freelancer, I was able to run projects without any overhead limitations, and was able to do the actual work myself. In addition, I also worked with various communities as a volunteer. Clients include Volunteering Gold Coast, Morlife and Blue Shadow Group.

  My role not only included general management of projects and office administration, at the time, I was also a digital / graphic designer. I managed projects, estimated quotes, liaised with clients and communicating the client's needs with the team, as well as ensuring the project meets deadlines. I also acted as a representative or guest speaker for GCDS on networking events.

  Academic Teaching Staff

  Shortly after graduating from my Bachelor’s degree, I was invited to become part of the University Academic Teaching Staff and run lectures and lab lessons. My responsibility was to provide university students with the understanding of design theory and technical skills required to break into the digital design industry with best practices. I had rewritten and updated the teaching material in order to ensure students are educated with the latest techniques, technology and resources.

  Liveworm is a design studio at Griffith University, where students could obtain work experience with real clients. I was the project manager that bridged the students and the client contacts together to get the necessary requirements / equipment / tools for the projects. At the time, I was also teaching, which allowed me to help students deliver their work to industry standards.

  Working in a technical heavy e-commerce agency, I managed a variety of different projects - ranging from out of the box builds for small companies, to bespoke customisation for enterprise level businesses. Clients I have worked with include kikki.K, Monash University, Wittner Shoes, Retail Food Group, Les Mills, Betta Home Living, just to name a few. Due to my success in project velocity, I was able to establish what became known now as 'Express Projects' in the organization.   While still remaining on the service industry, I have continued to project and account manage more UX based work. This includes working with large organisations (such as Telstra, PTV, and Nintendo) to really solve and enhance the customer journeys. In addition, I work with NFP community organisations and city councils such as Bayside City Council, advising technical guidance and industry standard approaches and delivering improvements to their site.

  Sept 2019 - now

  With Omnyfy still being in it's start up phase during the beginning of employment, processes and workflows were still in the final stages of implementation. As the dedicated Project Manager and Product Delivery Manager, I was able to solidify these processes and put efficient practices in place to ensure we streamlined our workload. This was all in collaboration with our CTO, CEO and Business Analyst.In addition, I was responsible for managing the resources for both project deliveries and upgrades to the platform, and management of third party implementation business partners.
