      Aviation Instructor Pilot/Pilot-In-Command/MEDEVAC InstructorI taught, observed, and mentored U.S. Army MEDEVAC / Air Assault units and NATO country MEDEVAC /Air Assault units’ operations in a realistic, simulated combat environment.I served as Instructor Pilot for 26 Rated Aviators, responsible for teaching day, night with NVG, instruments performing annual check-rides and academic evaluations.I provided guidance on the Occupational Safety Health Act, Occupational Safety and Health issues including operations, storage, handling, transportation, and use of hazardous materials to include ammunition, radioactive materials, lead-based paint and asbestos.Division Manager/Platoon Leader/Instructor Pilot / Safety ManagerI operated the UH-60 a complex multi-engine rotary wing aircraft and flight simulators, instructing and evaluating rated aviators in flight maneuvers and task that includes contact, tactics, instrument flight, night unaided and night vision goggle procedures.I was selected over 20 other Officers to be a team leader and manage three helicopters and 15 personnel at a Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan.
