  To date having 18 years’ experience working within the IT, Communication/Structured Cabling, AV and Technology industries, this role was primarily based around developing and managing a consultative relationship with allocated key accounts. In addition to identifying business opportunities, product improvements or new products, I managed entire projects and was responsible for allocating staff and resources. Further to this, I regularly provided accurate, data-driven reports. I maintained professional and technical knowledge which was reflected in the skills and qualifications that I had achieved since working in this role. Show less In 2009 I was promoted to this role, largely due to my success as a Technical Support Engineer and the recognition from NCS Technology that I had good customer-facing skills and sound attention to detail. My role required me to complete site surveys and prepare drawings using Visio to support proposals regarding network infrastructure, small works electrical and audio visual technology, which met budget and timeframe requirements.
