  I have led teams of professionals in the successful execution of Repair creation and transition projects from initiation to closure.Worked within Nokia, and with external sub-contractor repair suppliers to move activities around the globe, including Finland, Germany, Hungary, India, China and Japan.Examples of projects I have led include:· I managed the transfer of the repair of 15 Radio and Digital products from Nokia's Network Infrastructure portfolio between 2 outsourced repair vendors in Hungary to a repair vendor in Finland. Included the transfer of all the repair and test equipment, documentation, material inventory and training. Ran through acceptance audits to ramp up to full capacity of 6 – 7,000 repairs annually. This project resolved a critical overcrowding issue that was reducing our ability to support our customers.· I spearheaded the creation of a repair line for the local in country repair of 3 Radio products in the Nokia repair facility in India. Purchased the required hardware, fixtures and test equipment to enable repair, and coordinated the training and material purchasing. Within 2 months of repair creation we were repairing 250 units monthly. This was a cost saving project that generated €550K annually with an allocated budget of €700K.· I was in charge of the transfer of an entire repair facility within Germany, containing 4 repair lines due to the withdrawal of repair services for 136 low and old volume products. Coordinated the numerous training periods and stock audits. Managed the transfer of all hardware, fixtures, material inventory and test equipment using specialist transportation due to the age of the test equipment. Ran through acceptance audits to ramp up to full capacity of 2K repairs annually. This produced a cost saving of €225K annually. Show less
