Also responsible to develop and maintain Availability Plans which prioritizes and plans IT availability. Also to monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls.To orchestrate the development of custom solutions and associated cost cases & drive the Service Line business requirements. Translating requests into technical requirements and lead in the development of the Service Line solution strategy and competitive technical approach. Use a combination of IBM and non-IBM offerings, services, labor, assets, hardware, and software to meet client requirements and match IBM's tactical and strategic requirements.
