      Worked as a shop supervisor at the medium fabrication shop of Heavy Enginering Divison of Larsen and Toubro.Managed a team of 40 unionised labourers and 10 contractual workmen for 2 years.The job involved knowledge of various work packages from bid phase, design, detailing, project management to final manufacturing.Main tasks included - Supervising shop activities of fabrication like assembly, welding, material handling, Inspection and maintenance. Maintaining manufacturing schedules, defining priorities.  Analysing and solving technical and managerial issues in fabrication.  Ensuring on time delivery of equipments with compliance to all the quality standards and customer requirements.Mainly worked on power plant equipment for fertilizer plants and gasifiers.       Aerobase Project was a SAP Integration project. My role was transversal that involved contact with all the stakeholders and an imperative support to the project manager. It involved, - Liaising between the French & Indian project team members leveraging bi-linguistic skills. - Daily project follow up (JIRA) and publishing of weekly project report. - Setup Key Performance Indicators for each project phase. - Responsible for monitoring & controlling the project. - Responsible for preparing the project plans on MS Project with resource loadings and identification of critical path. - Identify, consolidate and monitor project risks & opportunities.My valuable contribution in this project ensured smooth communication between the French & Indian teams. I initiated the project plan in MS project which allowed a smooth follow up of the project. I prepared KPIs/S- curves for enhanced reporting and clear visibility of the project. Show less

      Key Characteristics & Tolerances (KCnT) is the tolerancing application for Airbus. In this project, I performed multiple roles. As a Product Owner, my tasks were to- - Prepare and prioritise Product Backlog. - Understand & analyse business requirements to transform them into Epics & User Stories. - Facilitate workshops to explain user stories to development team, provide analytical solutions and enable story pointing. - Document user stories in JIRA with acceptance criteria and definition of done. - Write Test cases and perform E2E testing & Regression testing. - Review and Accept user stories at the End of the sprint. - Perform product demo at the end of the sprint to key stakeholders. - Update Product Roadmaps. - End User Support & user manual updating.As the Scrum Master my tasks were- - Conduct Agile Sprint ceremonies & daily maintenance of SCRUM boards in JIRA. - Take proactive measures to help team achieve sprint goal while monitoring burndown. - Coach and accompany the team through the scrum process. - Facilitate workshops and retrospectives using poker planning and other unique methods. - Manage a variety of stakeholders like business users, Product Owner, Project management & development team. - Lead team on move to cloud/DEVOPS solution.Over and above this, I was also the primary tester of the team. I was responsible for the support (Incident management) and monthly billing for the team. Through my involvement in this project, I was able to coach and facilitate a team of developers who had never worked in agile before. The business relied on my business and IT knowledge for making important decisions on the project making me indispensable. My involvement in the incident management helped improve the PAT to 16% (industry standard is 10%) while the good stakeholder involvement helped win one new project. Show less

      FACE Grand Toulouse is a Foundation in France which acts against exclusion. The project’s aim is to develop a website that helps their partners connect and support the cause. My tasks: - Contact the various FACE partners and understand the requirements. - Study other web sites from different regions of FACE to establish a proposal for the structure of the website for Toulouse and build a product vision. - Produce a document that serves as a specification for the development team.Through my involvement, a vision and a reliable process was established and simplified deliverable, for a client that didn't have much experience with IT. My inputs were appreciated by partners and taken into implementation for their individual websites too. There are several teams focused at making hands free tool, masks, respirators etc. My implication is to - Set-up a scrum way of working for all the teams and supporting every team with agile expertise. - Coach the Product owners and team to with Scrum WoW and get better with working in Agile. - Creating and Facilitating workshops – like Scrum of Scrum , story pointing etc. - Think of creative solutions to take care of impediments. - Communicate with Multiple Remote Cross Functional Teams. - Support team to improve their technical work by establishing lessons learnt and tracking improvements. The objective was to participate in the performance management of the SEMS perimeter and to maintain several Excel/VBA tools. My responsibilities included, - Prioritising the backlog. - Organizing workshops with users and business to understand requirements, improvements on complex business processes and bugs. - Explaining new enhancements and bugs to development team. - Communication of new functionalities and deployment with stakeholders (users). - Functional Testing of newly developed functionalities. - Training the users (PMOs of the work package leaders and departmental head) on the use of new innovative tools and realization of support guide.My contribution to this project allowed me to ensure a smooth communication between users and the team.
