Develop and manage effective responses to professional and government RFP for all disciplines of Tele-Optics. Secondary Responsibility: Serve as Assistant to the Director of Marketing conducting Market Research, developing advertising and marketing campaigns for various disciplines of Tele-Optics, lead graphic design team for the development of marketing images and elements for print and visual media, including website and other digital platforms.
