We aimed at capturing the different dimensions of the interaction ranging from moods, words, sentiments, facial expresions to name a few. We also wanted to introduce an intelligent learning system, which can be made to learn the needs of the customer and their corresponding responses. The same ICMS can be used at plethora of scenarios in the Connected Networked society ranging from a Telecom Customer interaction to something more upcoming as a connected car...Imagine that the car considers you as a customer and can read your mood for suggesting appropriate song, reminding you if you are feeling sleepy, or sending an alert message to all concerned in case of a mishap, or just learns to talk to you to take your instructions. BUSS Innovation Challenge Finalist Ericsson (BUSS R&D) Oct 2014 BUSS Innovation Challenge got 2 of our ideas in the top 10, and one of the ideas went to the top 3 and us presenting it at New York to the Ericsson customers and prospects.

Hackathon 3 Innovation Category winner Ericsson R&D Gurgaon May 2014 Hackathon 3 (an incubation of ideas) allowed us to showcase the PoC of our idea developed in 24 hours and also the laurel of the Innovation category award of a Google Chromecast :)
