I was a part of the formation of this company and played an integral role in the gaining and onboarding of our first clients. While I contributed to the overall SEO strategy, I acted as the public relations manager. Each month I interviewed our client, researched the topic, created the press release, distributed it to the media and collected analytics.   Errand Solutions provides a one-of-a-kind employee engagement and patient satisfaction solution. They take care of employee and patients’ personal to-do lists through an onsite concierge, mobile application and network of vendors. As Marketing Manager at Errand Solutions, my job was to increase user adoption rates across all of our sites. Through my efforts, I increased user engagement by more than 400%.I played a key role in the marketing of three successful app launches, as well as the launches and rebrandings of multiple client accounts. I designed numerous client brands including logo and print/digital pieces, such as brochures, banners, postcards, business cards, presentation decks and digital screens. I also spearheaded the creation of seasonal engagement activities and marketed them through to completion via news articles, app updates, push notifications, flyers and email blasts. In addition, I directly supported the CEO and Executive Team with monthly visual reports, investor presentations, pitch decks, slick sheets and executive summaries.I customized and maintained 10+ WordPress websites and created weekly targeted HTML email blasts for multiple audiences. I redesigned our corporate website, as well as several microsites; I was responsible for all branding guidelines, graphics, content and functionality. I also managed the graphics and copy inside our mobile applications through a proprietary CRM; and I worked with Director of Technology to streamline content and photo entry processes.I worked directly with clients’ HR/Communications teams to create print and digital products to promote their internal initiatives.
