Ms. Jackson has served as the County’s Program Manager for the overall Capital Improvement Plan program through the following projects:o New North Oconee, Cedar Creek and Middle Oconee Water Reclamation Facilities – the largest construction undertaking of a similar-sized county at a total project cost of $288 million.o J.G. Beacham Water Treatment Plan Improvements to 36 MGD at a construction cost of $40 million. Project funding utilized both Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) Clean Water State Revolving Funds (CWSRF) and Georgia Funds.o Service Delivery Plan Update – Five-year update to water and sewer master plan including infrastructure assessment, capital improvement development, and financial planning to determine rates required to implement.o New 0.5 MG John Collier and 0.5 MG Harve Mathis Roads Elevated Water Storage Tanks at a construction cost of $1.5 million.o New Bobby M. Snipes Water Resources Center – New 18,000 square foot laboratory and administration office – LEED Silver certified.o New Customer Services Center - Renovation of an existing building for new administration, engineering, and water business office – LEED Gold certified.o Upper North Oconee, Cedar Creek, and Barnett Shoals Interceptors – five miles of trenchless sewer rehabilitation ranging in size from 8-inch to 36 inches in diameter.o Upper North Oconee and Trail Creek East and Trail Creek West Interceptors – 12 miles of new sewer lines ranging in size from 20-inch to 54 inches in diameter. Project included tunneling under Oak Street, under Loop 10, under railroads and within environmentally sensitive areas.
