      I worked in the Lead Generation department of Bon Accord Life. This department deals with creating business from old enquiries into life insurance that have not been converted into sales. I had to deal with objection handing and gaining interest from customers that have long since forgotten enquiring into life insurance. In 2011 I received the award for best performance in this department as I was the most productive employee, which I am very proud of as I was the only part time member and I was more productive than the full time staff.
