  Successfully led the team of 18 enthusiastic engineers to deliver turnkey Terminal Process Control (TPC) freight yard classification system. This system significantly improved safety in the yards and velocity of the rail network. System was rolled out to 8 BNSF hump yards. Managed 4 development teams to deliver a turnkey safety critical application called Detector analytics. This application had a direct impact on the bottom-line of BNSF increasing Safety and Velocity of the freight railroad. Detector Analytics project enabled BNSF to prevent derailments caused by failure of mechanical equipment of the rolling stock. The early detection and predictive analytics part helped identify problems before they occur. Leading a team of IVR Developers delivering business critical IVR and Call center applications.
