  Abu Dhabi Media is one of the leading multi-platform media and entertainment groups in the Middle East that operates from Abu Dhabi. It manages 24 market-leading brands across multiple platforms, including broadcast, publishing and digital. My role was to lead the creative team in the marketing department, to ensure alignment to brand strategies, as well as to produce creative ideas and campaigns. I was responsible for assisting in the design and production of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Creating compelling design ideas/concepts in both print and digital platforms while using creative thinking to produce new ideas to support Abu Dhabi Media’s growth strategy. Liaised with external service suppliers and print houses, ensuring the project met the exact requirements and specifications. Worked with the in-house designers and developers to create an effective user experience for our own brand websites and mobile applications. Produced new business proposals from conception to completion alongside the Marketing team. Acted as creative-lead for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
