Responsible for monthly operating budgets and oversight of revenue management. Spearheaded the daily operations of five neurosurgery clinics and supported five Neurosurgeons and five Physician Assistants in all facets of clinical and surgical functions with direct management of 11 support staff and oversight of a $1M annual budget. Negotiated contracts with vendors and stakeholders to include leases, payer contracts, and ancillary services. Started from the ground up a call center to manage 150+ calls daily and facilitated the opening up of two new sites
