For second year I opted to study abroad in China, to push myself outside my comfort zone and become acquainted with a different academic system. Moreover I was immersed amongst a range of different global perspectives to understand international intricacies from varying angles. Completed final year in unprecedented circumstances amidst the trials of Covid-19. Focusing political studies towards South America, South Asia, the Middle East and China. Finally, I centred my dissertation on a topic I am deeply impassioned about with the title 'What are the political perceptions of Chinese adoptees towards the CCP'.
