  I worked for 11 years for TPN as a Project Manager sub-contracting for Blue Chip clients such as Dell and HP on projects for Nokia, NATO, Northrop Grumman, HSBC, Linklaters & KPMG.My most recent project for NATO spanned 2.5 years, installing hardware & bespoke military software into a variety of NATO & National MOD sites. Along with my colleagues in HP, we were awarded a "Supplier Excellence Award" from Northrop Grumman USA for delivering this high quality on budget system, across the 47 National sites in 23 different countries.   The BGL Group is an insurance broker that owns the highly successful comparethemarket.com insurance aggregator site and provides white label insurance services to many familiar high street brands such as M&S, HSBC, Santander & Post Office. BGL also owns Beagle Street Life Insurance & provides claims management services for road traffic accidents for all these brands through their Solicitor firm Minster Law. My current role is as Project Manager & Work-stream Leader for a new innovative insurance product for a high street mobile phone brand who are entering the car insurance market later this year. I currently lead a team of developers and business analysts providing technical and operational solutions for customers following a road traffic accident. The end product will support both standard insurance customers and younger telematics insurance customers. In this role, I worked daily with the Agile software development teams in York to successfully deliver system and process improvements & integrate new customers / partners into our model.
