  I was required to organise a continuous caseload of employers and students, arranging and managing their training. I am managing appointments, training plans and learning sessions to fit into tight time and financial budgets. I am training managers, teams and individuals in a range of industries to Modern Apprentice level; including the delivery relevant group training where required. My role includes training in fundamental skills, customer service, industry legislation, employment law and key academic skills (Math’s, English, I.T.), combined with vocational qualifications. In addition to this I am working in community led programs at Lewes Prison, Hellingly Secure Unit and at various sites for Job Centre Plus. This involves working with job seekers, those looking to progress their careers, prisoners and the long-term unemployed to find them employment opportunities together with mentoring and assisting in interview skills and CV writing.
