  - Developed DOE of photoluminescence and IR spectra for the semiconductor devices: 2D monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides on a ferromagnetic substrate in the magnetic fields. Assessed van der Waals heterostructure to demonstrate the spin–valley degree of freedom for valleytronics- Performed optical spectroscopic experiments investigating the symmetry breaking in the high-temperature superconductors (HTS) in various doping, temperature, and energy.
