  Model United Nations, also known as MUN, is an extra-curricular activity in which students typically roleplay delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity involves substantial researching, public speaking, debating and writing skills, as well as critical thinking, teamwork and leadership abilities. I took part in many MUNs which were organised in my secondary school, Victor et Hélène Basch (2015: delegate of Norway, 2016: delegate of Singapore, 2017: delegate of Poland). In 2017, I was also selected to participate as the delegate of Nepal in Pamun, Paris Model United Nations, more specifically in the political committee. My passion for these debates led me to organise our own MUN in Rennes with my OIB class. With eight schools, we managed to set up the first United Nations inter-high school forum in Rennes called Rilmun in which I was chair of the Historic Security Council. Show less
