      This is the new position i'm working now just after the 3 months internship i had through university. Eurobank , 1 of the 4 remaining Banks in Greece , created a new department for the Retail - Remedial Sector , that already exist , to focus into the new Out-Of-Court Law , whose main purpose is the adjustment of the Total Debts that a Customer has due to his Income Flows. It is the first time in Greece when the whole banking system has to co-operate to suggest affordable sollutions to the Customer and - of course - keep the Financial Credit System sustain. 3 - weeks of seminars were - without doubt - necessary for me to get in touch with Bank's Operations Systems and learn all the products that Eurobank can offer in the Consumer, Mortage and Business level. My main role here is to : - Analyse the new credit solution that the Interbank System has suggested to the Customer.- Registrate it to the Bank's Operational Systems , which will include all the Consumer - Mortage - Business Products that tha bank offers through the years.- Daily Communication with the Credit Sector for the status of the application. - Look up all the requests after the registration till the final step of the acceptance by the customer.
