Developed and lead a robust and effective stormwater BMP maintenance and retrofit program for DelDOT to track the lifecycle cost and continue the designed performance of traditional and green technology facilities. Developed and administered BMP maintenance and retrofit contracts for open bid. Managed the Department’s Industrial Stormwater Program that includes 16 facilities. Developed long-range stormwater management plans, technical reports and presentations. Assisted with the administration and process improvements of DelDOT’s Phase I and Phase II Permit Programs.
