These projects have required input from various colleagues, which I managed, and been worked to very tight deadlines, which were all met.* Budgeting / Process Improvement / Key Achievement - I developed a new forecasting model, demonstrating strong excel skills, and range change sign-off process approved and implemented after only being in role a short time. Buyers weren't required to produce a financial forecast prior to this. I saw an opportunity to develop a bottom up budget and create accountability around buyer decision making.* Stock Management / Process Improvement - Not initially in the scope of my role, I designed and implemented a stock management process and supporting reports, new to the business, which have successfully assisted in managing out of range stock down with minimal financial impact and minimised the value of stock on the balance sheet.
