      BEMS System Integrator and Commisioner:1. For the "system integration" part, i am a point of reference for traveling around Italy for a BEMS project worldwide. To date I have been in logistics centers ranging in size from 50,000 m2 to a total of 200,000 m2, to deal with the commissioning of controllers and integration (trough the communication protocols like: BACnet, Modbus) of the HVAC systems, Energy metering, safety systems and Photovoltaic systems. Following precise specifications by the BEMS system designer for do that.The aim is to develop a worldwide multisite BEMS system to ensure targeted data analysis and to guarantee the customer energy savings and a reduction in fault and anomalies identification time through an intuitive and dynamic graphical interface developed by the American or English team who takes care of the UI part for this project.2. I deal with the commissioning of BEMS systems that integrate devices used for energy metering, safety systems and controllers for HVAC control. (AHUs, chillers, heat pumps, boilers) where in most cases I was involved in the development of the HVAC control logic.After integrating the data from the various controllers, I take care of data processing by configuring alarm logs, data logging graphics, mailing/sms services and developing the user interface by creating graphical pages for system users.3. I deal with formulating economic offers for tenders concerning BEMS system or HVAC Controller replacement: making the choice of HVAC control system material for the plant based on point list made, and making the choice of controllers. Furthermore, I deal with sizing the BEMS systems with the various licenses based on the number of points to manage and software licenses for the UI. In addition, I provide time estimation for system engineering and on-site testing. Show less HVAC logic development:1. Responsibility for outlining the list of plant points following the system designer’ mechanical diagram needed to select the HVAC control system material and to make the wiring diagram of HVAC system electrical panel.1. Responsibility for selecting the HVAC control system assets (probes, servo motors, valves) to be used in the plant for control all the plant.2. Responsibility for selecting controllers and expansion modules based on the number of points to be managed in the HVAC system.3. Collaboration with the BEMS Team Leader in the preparation of the economic offer of the entire HVAC control system.3. Responsibility for the development of the control logic based on the type of system (Presence of Boilers, Heat Pumps, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan coil, Radiators). The control logics are developed to guarantee the customer’s energy saving by applying Scheduler, PID, OSS in the HVAC control logic, in addition to guaranteeing optimal environmental conditions of the building.4. Responsibility for commissioning and testing points, control system assets and HVAC control software operations on-site.BEMS and photovoltaic monitoring:1. Monitor HVAC and safety (fire) systems and troubleshoot any related problems by checking status, temperature, humidity through graphs and alarms reported by the BEMS system. Also, arrange for repairs in the event of a failure relating to the HVAC system or other systems integrated into the BEMS system.2. Monitoring of the photovoltaic system with reporting of problems and organization of on-site interventions.Creation of monthly reports relating to the production of the plant and the interventions performed (pr%, total irradiation of the month, total production of the month).
