      Role & Responsibilities: Individual Contributor involved in complete recruitment cycle. Understanding the Client Requirement in detail which includes Desired and mandatory skills required. Worked on Contract and Contract to hire Requirements for various clients. Sourcing from various sources like job portals like Monster and Naukri, employee referral, Internal Database, LinkedIn Etc. Screening the profiles and candidates before Technical round like checking communication skills,Salary, Notice period, regarding other offers (If any) and Reason looking for change etc.). Sending the suitable profiles to the next hierarchy for further process. Scheduling the selected candidates for Technical Discussion with the client as per the client’s Interest either Telephonic or In-person or Skype. Following up with the candidate till he/she accepts the Offer Letter, Sending the required doc’s and joins the company. Building a good reputation with the Offer Candidates even after the DOJ Ensuring fast response time to client’s needs and requests & maintaining a strong network across for contractual assignments. Understanding the client's requirements and fulfilling their requirements by finding the right candidates with the required skills according to the client needs. Coordinating the interviews at client’s location .i.e., walk-in Interviews. Uploading the profiles in WISER on daily basis and maintaining Data Base and other required MIS reports. Job posting in portals & Mass mailing when required. Continuous learning by upgradation of knowledge on various technologies.
