Brooke has managed our temp to perm conversions and recently converted two temps that each reached Platinum in consecutive quarters after getting converted. After one of the unit managers in Tulsa left COAF, Brooke stepped in and supported a team of 38 FTE (2 full teams) in April (while simultaneously managing our CAT team). Brooke also assisted with iQor launch by facilitating web support training and attending daily huddles (April / May). Finally, Brooke identified that Customers were calling with questions about Dealer Risk type of issues (e.g. car with mechanical problems, incorrect terms, etc). Some of these issues need to be worked by the Dealer Risk DARR team, but some can be handled by front line agents. Brooke worked with DARR team to create more effective talk downs and provided agent training. Agent calls to CAT about DARR have been reduced by almost 50% since January 2019. Show less
