      I was accountable for leading a team of ten staff per shift. My duties included delivering a high level of customer service as an experienced team leader, delegating tasks, managing shifts, coordinating end of night duties, dealing with customer complaints, issuing refunds and training existing staff. Part of my job role also required me to induct and train new team members. To further my development in this area I qualified as a `New Starter Champion Team Leader’. I worked alongside management and undertook various administrative duties, where I helped build team progress reports to assist in the training and recruitment process. This made me responsible for administering staff contracts, making sure every employee had their own personal folder and kept up to date with new rules and regulations of the company.
