  I bring with me the experience of working with this community for over 20 years, working with men, woman and children at the toughest times in their life, working towards goals to see them succeed. I also bring with me business and economic acumen, from operating 4 businesses in our community which employs local people, to working closely with state and federal governments to support and encourage small business management in our community. I can offer Division 3 a chance to have a say in what happens by opening the doors to council, to engaging in consultation with our community. I live in Division 3, I work in Division 3, I shop, go to the gym, sent my children to school, play in the park with my grandchildren, have my coffee, attend BPW and Commerce Caboolture in Division 3. I facilitated an 18 month project over the three largest infrastructure projects in Australia that required significant analysis and review of policies and procedures, engaging our supply chain, developing safety mechanisms for staff who experience domestic violence, developing a strong work culture of zero tolerance to violence through multiple sites, in different states in a male dominated industry, developed and facilitated training ranging from on line training for all staff to intensive training for senior executives and managers about domestic violence.
