      Programme Manager Network Enabled Army

The Programme is being undertaken to modernise the Army’s command, control and communications system and provide it with modern surveillance and intelligence systems. My responsibilities include the overall integrity and coherence of the programme, managing interlinked projects within the Programme plan and alignment of the Programme with the Organisations Strategic Objectives to ensure a ‘whole of Defence’ solution to the Army’s command, control and communications requirements. To achieve this I need to provide effective communication of Programme progress and objectives to both strategic, operational governance and delivery levels within the organisation. I am supported in this by a small, but motivated and professional Programme Team. Show less
